Men of Courage is a community-based nonprofit mentoring organization dedicated to empowering young men ages 12 to 18. Since our founding in 2015, we have remained committed to the belief that the true pathway to freedom for our youth lies in intentional development, transformative teaching, and meaningful exposure—all within a safe, supportive environment.
We are proud to report a 100% high school graduation rate and a 0% incarceration rate among the young men who have completed our program—clear evidence of the lasting impact of our work.
Our signature programs and workshops are designed to stretch imagination, sharpen critical thinking, enhance emotional intelligence, and promote overall wellness—preparing our young men to become confident, capable leaders of tomorrow.
Through consistent community service and engagement, our mentees develop a powerful sense of belonging, self-worth, and accountability.
Our ultimate vision is to enrich families and strengthen communities by cultivating and celebrating the greatness within our young kings.

Proven Youth Program
A program designed to Inspire, Educate, and Prepare young men for Community/Global Leadership of tomorrow.
Skills development to leadership
Choosing careers and career pathways can be difficult. In addition to personality testing and entrepreneurial training, our young men are exposed to various career opportunities, including the trades and an extensive 8-week college preparation program for both parents and mentees.
The Empowerment Achievement Movement Inc.(T.E.A.M., INC.) was established in 2015 as a resource to help create hope for our young kings.
Our mission is to empower our communities by promoting the academic, mental, emotional, social, financial, and career development of the next generation of male leaders.
